cancellation and refund policy

1. Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail ([email protected])

2. All refunds will be made after the congress

3. All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds

4. Please refer to the following cut-off dates for cancellation.

Cancellation Before & On 01 June 2023

50% of total amount

Cancellation After 01 June 2023

No Refund
